Todd was born in Lawton, Oklahoma and moved to Edmond, Oklahoma in 1981, where he graduated from Edmond High School in 1985. Todd received his undergraduate degree in political science in 1989, and his law degree, with Distinction, both from the University of Oklahoma. Todd has been involved at the University of Oklahoma College of Law as an adjunct professor of law. Todd began work as a law clerk in 1994 and joined the firm after graduation.
He is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and Oklahoma Bar Association. He is also a member of the Christian Legal Society, National Lawyers Association and is a participating attorney for the Rutherford Institute.
Todd practices primarily in the areas of commercial law, corporate and partnership law, real estate, estate planning, charitable and non-profit organizations.
He is a founding board member and serves as Secretary of the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. Todd is past Chairman of the Edmond Chamber Board of Directors and was selected as Edmond Citizen of the year for 2006. Todd's expertise and experience in real estate law have earned him inclusion in Oklahoma Super Lawyers, a magazine that identifies those attorneys which are in the top 5% of their field.
Prior to Todd attending law school, he and his wife worked full-time with Campus Crusade for Christ on the campus of the University of Alabama. They have four children and all enjoy being actively involved in Faith Bible Church of Edmond.
